Hello,

Try this:

1 Turn off the printer.

2 Press the "reset" button (circle with red triangle pointing down) and without releasing it, press the "on/off" button.

3 Keep the "on/off" button pressed and release the "reset" button.

4 For MX410: press the "reset" button 5 times, then release the "power" button.

5 For MX320: press the "reset" button 2 times, then release the "power" button.

The printer is on and the printer screen is either black or displays the text "Service mode
