Hello,
I have a Brother DCP-9020 CDW printer and it won't turn on anymore. I've changed the power outlet and nothing changes.
Could you please tell me how to restart it?

The fan turns on when the printer is powered on, but not currently. I have power at the outlet.

Are there any lights on the back of your printer that indicate it is connected to the power supply?
