Problem with my printer since I got fiber internet.

Hello!

I got fiber since October 25th, and since then I can't print from my PC to the printer....

What should I do?

Hello,

When you switched to fiber, you probably had to change your internet BOX.

This means that if your printer is WIFI, it is no longer connected to the network.
And if it is connected via a wired connection, you need to check its network settings. It likely has a different IP address now.

If, on the other hand, it is connected via USB directly to the PC... a driver issue is possible.

Your case is around the 4th minute of the video... as far as you're concerned... the rest is purely commercial...

In summary:

You need to press the WPS button on your BOX for 5 seconds... The indicator lights up... you have 10 minutes.

Then press the Wi-Fi antenna button on the printer... also for 5 seconds and wait, it should connect.

Stay in front to monitor the operation, there may be questions asked on one of the screens... you may need to respond with OK or something else...

You would first need to know the brand and model of the printer..??, but it's probably written in the manual for this printer.

The time to connect is between 5 and 10 minutes after pressing the WPS button..

Hello and thank you again! I'm having trouble.....it seems simple yet I'm getting too frustrated.....it's okay, tomorrow Monday I will call a friend who is a computer scientist!

I have another issue.....I have photos on my phone, taken last night with my little nephews! when I try to download them to my PC, some of them don't appear and I don't understand why?

Hello, you need to reinstall the Wi-Fi in association with the box and the printer. Do it via "WPS": press the button on the box and then press the WPS button on the printer.
