Hello,

I am currently on an HP EliteBook laptop,

Since this morning, my keyboard shortcuts FN and F5 and F6 to adjust the screen brightness are not working anymore. When I try, I get a message that says 'HP Hotkey Support' which I have to click a few times on the X or OK for it to disappear.

However, all my other shortcuts with FN work well, what’s wrong? Can I fix it myself?

Of course, I can always adjust the brightness by going into my settings, but I found it quite handy to do it via the keyboard.

If anyone has an answer, it would be appreciated.

      The message that is displayed to me is just a tiny square with an OK and an X... I have nothing else I can do from the message....

      I don't know much about this kind of computer problem....
