Reverse "Windows" and "FN" key.

Good evening,

The problem is as follows: I can no longer use my "windows" key to open the menu, so I tried all the other keys, and the "fn" key used to open the start menu.

However, now neither of the two keys are working, and I'm really stuck.

    Hello,

    the keyboard you are presenting is a QWERTY type English keyboard... so it is very likely that it won't work well...
    You need to know the model of this PC, the version of Windows, and whether you are set to French or British... if it worked well at any point...?? or Never..??

    That said, keyboard failures are still quite common... you should try with another USB keyboard for example.

      My keyboard is configured in French.

      Yes, I've had my computer for over two years, it has always worked before. I don't have a USB keyboard available.

      The model is: MSI GF75 THIN 9RCX.

      The version is WINDOWS 10 21H1.

    So how long has this been going on..?? What event coincides with it..??
    For the USB keyboard, this is a suggestion for diagnosis, I'm not providing the keyboard..

    -- either your keyboard is broken... So your photo isn't of your actual keyboard..?
    -- or a Windows update has removed it.
    -- You can update your drivers on the site "Driverscloud" https://www.driverscloud.com/

    or check your drivers on the MSI site
