Audio driver not working

Hello,

My audio driver for my Thomson N17CSL512 computer hasn't been working for a long time, can anyone help me fix the problem???

    Windows + R
    Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.

    Do you have a section --> other devices?
    If so, what is the problematic device?
     
    What do you have in audio, video and game controllers?

    Also go to --> System devices
     

    If there is a device alert:
    Provide the device hardware ID number
    Check this --> Find a device's identification number
    Post the number in your next message.
