Hello,

The USB ports on my laptop (Packard Bell) are not working anymore.
Here is what appears in the Device Manager window:
- Manufacturer: unknown
- Location: on Intel(R) 7 Series/C216 Chipset Family USB Enhanced Host Controller - 1E26
- Device status: The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28). No driver has been selected for the device information set or any of its elements. To find a driver for this device, click on Update driver.

I have reinstalled the drivers from the Intel website:
- Chipset_Intel_9.3.0.1020_W7x86W7x64_A.zip
- MgmtEngine_Intel_9.5.14.1724_W81x64_A.zip
The following driver corresponding to my PC is not compatible:
- USB 3.0_Intel_1.0.4.220_W7x86W7x64_A.zip

Thank you very much for your help.

Best regards,

    It doesn't work.
A window opens and says "Windows could not find a driver for your device."
