Hello, for several months now, none of the new devices I try to connect to my computer are working. Indeed, the drivers do not download, and when I search for devices online through the Device Manager, I get: Windows found a driver for your device but encountered an error while trying to install it, or even Windows didn't find any drivers for your device! And this happens with Xbox controllers, my iPhone, printers!

    Go to the device manager
    Provide the hardware ID number of the problematic device
    Look -->> here <<--

    What is the brand and model number of the PC?

    Is Windows 8 32-bit or 64-bit?
