Hidden Instagram Shop

Hello,
I'm having a problem with my Instagram shop. I'm on a professional account, my website's catalog is linked to the shop, product tagging works (access via tags to the website shop is fine), but when you press the shop button, Instagram refuses to display it with the message: content unavailable, unable to view this content in this region.
I've been going through Instagram's help pages without success…
If anyone has any ideas, I’m all ears.

I'm in the same situation. No solution found. It's annoying, especially since we get shadow banned when we post an external link ????

- Businesses located in 21 international markets will be able to continue using Facebook and Instagram shops without activating the payment option on Facebook and Instagram until further notice.

These markets are as follows: Australia, Germany, Brazil, Canada, South Korea, Denmark, Spain, France, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Norway, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, and Ukraine.

Starting from summer 2023, for users located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the shopping experience will evolve to further enhance product discovery, through product detail pages, product tagging in organic posts, ads with product tags, and conversion on a business's website. Some features, such as the showcase, wishlist, and collections, will no longer be available in these markets as part of this new simplified and streamlined experience.
