Hello,
For the past two days, I have been unable to leave comments on Instagram. When I try to post one, I get a message saying: "you cannot insert this comment, we must do everything to protect our Instagram community... You can report it if you find it inappropriate..." Even though I haven't done anything at all.
Can you suggest some solutions?

Hello, the best solution is to report it to Instagram via a ticket:
"Go to the Privacy and Security Center. From there, choose Report Something.
You can go directly there by clicking on the following link: http://help.instagram.com/36819132659307
Then in "Report Something"
And choose your issue.
