Hello, I placed an order on Shein on October 3rd and I still haven’t received anything. Today is October 13th and I see that it says 'signed' on Shein, but it also says 'Paris, Valedwaz province, France, to be picked up at the freight terminal'. Please let me know if someone knows why.

Due to a postal tracking issue, some Expedia orders between October 2 and October 6 may be marked as delivered
Unfortunately, tracking on the postal site is currently unavailable, in reality, your package is still in transit, and we ask you to be patient

Paris-Vatry Cargo - Package arrived. It has already traveled 8000 km.
It has 2 freight terminals with a total area of 12,000 m², including 2,500 m² of temperature-controlled storage.
Indeed, there is often a customs clearance process, so there is an unknown delay before the message changes. That's all.
Afterward, it will be handled by a delivery service in France like UPS or La Poste. You will see the notice "left the freight terminal handled by xxxx, is on its way to yyyy (closer to your home)"

Hello, I'm experiencing exactly the same thing as you. I went to the contact form in the Shein app; there's a chat (in the top right, there's an icon with a headset and a microphone). At first, it's a robot that responds; you type "customs," and it will transfer you directly to a chat with an advisor this time. The advisor told me not to pay attention to that signature in Paris and that I would receive the package on 10/17/2023...
Now, I just have to wait to see if I receive it or if customs has kept it ????

Finally, things are moving after 4 days, my tracking on the postal service is showing the parcel on their platform. Delivery is scheduled for Wednesday.
Similarly, the order placed on the 5th is still marked "departure from customs broker warehouse." I called Colissimo because their website has an issue, and over the phone, by giving my tracking number, they told me they still have nothing on their end. And this has been the case since the 12th... I spent 150 euros on this order and was hoping it would get resolved soon. Otherwise, I'm going to have to file a complaint.
Good evening, so like all of you, I received the email saying that I was delivered on 10/12/23, but it was a mistake. Since then, my Colissimo tracking hasn’t moved. I received a delivery notice this afternoon but in my partner's name, while he isn't expecting any packages at all, and unfortunately, it’s to be picked up against 92€. So I'm a bit afraid that it’s my package and that the postman made a mistake with the name on the delivery notice. I’m especially worried about the customs fees; it's the first time I've encountered them with SHEIN, if that’s the case, and on top of that, 93€ in fees when I only ordered 108€ worth of clothes feels a bit harsh. I don't know if any of you are in the same situation as me. I'm waiting until tomorrow to be sure.

I really think our parcels have all gone through customs given the tracking I see on SHEIN... whereas personally they sent me an email telling me not to pay attention to "Paris valdwaze" as it was a logistical error on their part.
I went to the post office, and they told me that the parcel will be entrusted to them but that there has probably been a hold-up at customs...
I have been ordering from SHEIN for years, and I have never had such a problem. Plus, we all placed large orders that we need quite urgently...

Having received the same message as you indicating that my package was signed for in Paris, I contacted Shein. Their first response on Instagram was that my package will arrive between October 16 and 23, and in a second response on Shein support, they offered me a refund. However, I absolutely need my order by October 28, and as of today, we are still in the dark about it, so I demanded a refund as well as a complimentary express delivery. We must not give up; it's still our money.
I also have it written that I ordered on the 7th, I received only one package, the other one is marked as signed and we’re on the 18th and still nothing..

Hello, I was in the same situation, order placed on 06/10 and since 12/06 the package was stuck at the freight terminal, but it just moved this morning 21/10. I was starting to worry; I think it was a problem on the postal side, just needed to be patient.

This package is likely coming from China. Once it arrives in France, it will be handed over to La Poste. For now, according to your tracking number starting with 6A, it has not yet been handed over to La Poste. You just need to wait because there is nothing unusual.
