My package was shipped on July 6, 2023, and it has been stuck on "in transit, departing from the Hong Kong flight" since July 8, and today is July 12, this is really strange and the worst part is that my mother paid for an order of 17 items costing €67.67, which I was supposed to receive yesterday or today, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed to receive it today knowing that I'm leaving for vacation tomorrow evening. Hi, I also placed my order on 07/06 and today is 07/13 and I still haven't received the order. It tells me that it is in transit to Hong Kong. I also paid €114.67 for 23 items with express delivery. No package has arrived since.

To clarify, the extra costs for "express delivery" are due to contracts with certain carriers, which only apply to operations where they have the power to act and often only concern each carrier for one country (for example, not leaving the package for one or two days in one of their depots to take a cheaper flight). There can be two of these contracts for a single delivery from China, for example.
However, no advantage is expected if the package is in a "bottleneck" over which they have no control (the infamous "transit in Hong Kong" appears in all posts, obviously lasts 4 days on its own, seems to escape all control and is frequent it seems - but is part of the "unexpected delays" found in all long-distance contracts across multiple countries)
