SHEIN Package Sign in Paris at the Freight Terminal

Good evening, my SHEIN package says it has been delivered but to Paris, while I don't live in Paris at all. It was signed at the freight terminal, so I'm wondering if my package has been lost or stolen. This has never happened to me, even though I've been ordering from this app for years. When I check on Colissimo, they tell me that I won't be delivered just yet and that I need to wait a little longer. However, on the SHEIN app, I did receive an email saying that I had been delivered, but to Paris. What should I do?

Apparently, it’s a postal tracking issue for orders placed between October 2 and October 6, but the packages are still in transit; I just saw that on the Shein app support.

I get the same message when I forward it, even though it says to be delivered in Paris, there is a message from the post office.

Hello, I also received a message last night saying that my order had been signed for Freight in Paris. It said it had been delivered. I live near Toulouse. I placed this order on October 6th. And on Colissimo it says that they still haven't picked up the package.

Good evening, I am currently in the same situation as you. I am lost. This has never happened to me either... after some research, the freight terminal is actually where the packages arrived by boat.

Same for me, I sent a message on INSTAGRAM to Shein France and they replied to me, they escalated the issues and I need to contact them again in 24 hours.

Same here, received the same message saying that my order is delivered to Paris freight... except that I live in Isère... I have €200 worth of packages, I don't know where from. It's worrying me.
