Hello,
In fact, it's not even certain that you need VLC or any other downloaded software. You may already have Windows Media Player installed, which will play the files.
Insert the USB drive and go to Windows File Explorer to see the drive and its contents.
Left-click on one of the songs.
- If it plays, everything is fine.
- Otherwise, right-click on the file and choose Open with. Choose VLC or another program.
One last point: Do not remove the USB drive without precautions.
- Go to the hidden icons at the bottom right of the screen. You will see the USB drive icon and click on it to eject.
- Alternatively, in File Explorer, right-click on the letter corresponding to the USB drive, for example Drive (E:), and choose Eject.
What is well conceived is clearly expressed,
And the words to say it come easily.

Hello,
For music, I prefer and know more about Foobar2000.
Even though in English it's one of the simplest players.
https://www.foobar2000.org/download
After installation and startup, go to File (At the top left)
Add Folder (To add a folder)
Add Files (To choose files)
Add Location (To open an Internet radio) -
Otherwise, you need to start VLC using its shortcut.
Go to Media
And find the path to your media.

thank you very much for your reply.
