Hello everyone.
I'm facing the same problem with this little CD from which I can't extract the files. I tried to import the drivers online to read this format ____.rar .... but it doesn't work. My PC crashes every time I decompress the file in .rar and the screen turns completely blue.
2. On the USB stick bought at Boulanger, there were 2 files already recorded... and it seems to me that on some audio files, we can read the lyrics of the song below!!! Does anyone know how this works??? And how do we save wav files with this text configuration included..?? THANK YOU very much to you JL

Hello,

I also bought this MP3 player (also from Boulanger, by the way) and I can't get it recognized by Windows XP, for the files you just need to rename them in order to extract them.

Go to telecharger.com and download WINRAR, and your files will decompress just like with winzip.

Hello, I received a NEOM 512 MP3
And my computer doesn't want to recognize it... the CD that comes with it doesn't fit in my computer, I can't read it! I wanted to know if you had a solution or if someone else does
thank you

Solution: set fire to Boulanger!!

To summarize, download WinRAR, decompress the CD, go back to find the driver in the WinRAR folder (the driver is a .INF file), install the driver. So far it’s tedious but it works.
But even recognized by the computer, the drive refuses to load MP3 files.

Does anyone know where I could find the XP drivers for the 128 USB key?

Reconnect the hardware by choosing the option "Install from a list or specified location"; then click on Browse and select c/windows/inf.
After about one to two minutes, the computer finally detects the drivers....

I found this method on this forum and it works, my mp3 is working great

Hello everyone, indeed I bought a Neom 128 MB MP3 player and I have the same problem as everyone else, I can't get this damn flash disk to work properly. In fact, I have WinRAR and there’s no problem with extraction, but afterwards when I open it, there are only files written in Chinese, Japanese, and when I finally found the thing to install, I can't manage it (plus it's in English), because it tells me that the source was not found and that I need to check if it exists. Seriously, I don't understand anything at all and you really have to be skilled to make an MP3 player work!!!!
If someone could help me find a solution, I thank you in advance. Thank you very much. :-)

--- Hello everyone.... I also come here to inquire about MP3 players, indeed we have two at home USB MP3 MP302SD - it’s the 514 MB one, I believe. Like everyone else, I have a problem with the drivers. I also bought it at Boulanger in the 01, during the holidays I made it work on XP on a friend's computer and it worked very well. Upon returning to my old computer with Windows 98 SE, it’s impossible to find the drivers even on the small CD. I downloaded Winrar and it gives me an error message when trying to open the files on the CD..... I’m fed up.... IOI
--- Seriously, can someone help me or tell me if it’s possible to download the drivers? If someone has them, I would appreciate it if they could send them to me....
--- Thank you in advance.... I’m not very good at computer stuff... I’m better with motorcycles...

Hello,

I have the same problem as you; I can't put music on my MP3 because I don't have the appropriate driver(s). Have you found a solution? If so, what is it, and could you please send me the drivers? Thank you.

Did you find a solution to record music? I have the same problem with a USB MP3 Neom128 and I'm using Windows 98 SE. If you've succeeded, please let me know how. Thanks.

I just bought an MP3 + FM key (49€ at Intermarché) branded Seeltech but which seems to be called Neom elsewhere.

My problem: the mini CD arrived broken and so I can't install it... no problem with XP, the key is recognized as a volume and I just need to move the files, but I'd like to know if there's any interesting utility on the CD... does anyone have the content of this CD to share with me?

On another note, I've noticed a frustrating fact: files on the key do not sort in alphabetical order or in the order of initial transfer but rather by the order of FINAL transfer, so a file #1 large and #2 small will be sorted and played in the following order: 2, 1... so I have to transfer one by one to ensure they are in the order I want.

The moral: cheap Chinese products hurt our economies, but there's always a catch...

I bought a NEOM SD256 MP3 USB stick and I had no problems (at Boulanger); the mini CD works fine.

I uploaded the content of the mini CD on EMULE under the name:

"CLE_USB_MP3_NEOM_128_256_512.rar" it is 3.1 MB.

Then I bought 2 NEOM SD512 MP3 USB sticks (at Boulanger).

The mini CDs contained an archive named with 4 small squares and a ".RAR" extension; the 4 small squares replace Asian characters (I don't know which ones).

The worst is yet to come: I connected the USB sticks to the PC without problem, opened the explorer, and clicked on "Removable disk" in the left window "folder"; and then my antivirus MCAFEE
sent me a viral alert.

In the USB stick, there is a hidden folder named "FOLDER.HTT" that contains the virus "VBS/Soraci".

To remove it, you need to connect the USB stick, open the explorer, and go to: "Tools; Folder Options", select the "View" tab and check "Show hidden files and folders".

You will then see the directory "FOLDER.HTT"

check that the "Hold" function of the stick is not activated (blocks PC access to the stick); right-click on "FOLDER.HTT"

and left-click on "Delete". If it doesn't work the first time, try a 2nd time. (I had success the 2nd time)
Then empty the recycle bin, and the virus is removed.

If it doesn't work, you can only use an antivirus; for example, "VIRUSCAN ENTERPRISE 7.1.0" I disinfected the 2nd stick with it, and it worked perfectly

Cheers and spread the word.

Hello everyone... I have exactly the same problem as you
my computer doesn't want to read the mini CD... I've tried with WinXP and 2000 but neither works... it tells me I need Real Jukebox to play it, I downloaded it and it still doesn't work... and then my player won't turn on (don't worry... I put in new batteries...)
I'm starting to go crazy!!!

I bought a Neom mp3 player at Boulanger. The little CD (purple) didn't work, so I returned it and they burned another CD for me. I installed the software by clicking on setup, I restarted my PC, but when I plug in my mp3, nothing happens. How can I record songs? If someone can help me, that would be great. Thank you.

Open your music with Media Player
on the left you click on "copy to " then on the right you should have a place where it says f (which is your key) with c (=your hard drive)... you choose f of course and you click on copy at the top right

you did what I wrote before otherwise it's for sure that you can't

Good evening, this is Yves. It's the same for me, impossible to download with Windows XP. I have a 1 MP3 Neom 256MB. Thank you for helping me.

With XP, normally your key is recognized by itself
otherwise, once you have installed the software from the installation CD, you go to My Computer, Control Panel, System, Device Manager, update driver, follow the instructions and when asked for a location, you put the one where your software is located, restart the PC, and once that's done, it should normally work.

Hello everyone!!!
I have no problem; I have never installed the CD; I download my music on e-mesh, then I put it in a file, I copy it and paste it into the MP3 player file (which opens when it's connected) and that's it!!!
I JUST WANT TO KNOW ONE THING!!!
I saw that the lyrics of the songs could be displayed! So I'm looking for a site where I could download songs with the lyrics! Thank you for giving me the names of some sites or informing me if there aren't any!*
my address; melinapons@msn.com

Thank you very much
