Thomson TV power-on issue

Hello,

I have a Thomson 32FD5526 TV for 3 years. For a few months now, it won't turn on with the remote control or the button. I have to unplug it, wait a moment, and then plug it back in for it to turn on again. I changed the batteries in the remote control and replaced the power strip, but nothing works. I don't know if the problem comes from my Orange box that is connected to my TV?

I hope to get a response because the Thomson customer service could not find a solution.

    Unplug the box and turn on the television to find out...!

    Personally, I lean towards a faulty electronic component.

    In that case, two options: either consult a repairman for a quote beforehand or invest in a new television.

    Given the description, I am afraid that it might be an electronic issue with the television. Since it is over 2 years old, there is no longer a warranty, unless you took out a longer duration.
    Unless you request a repair estimate, I am afraid that your problem will not be resolved.
