Hello,

Since this morning, my printer won't print anymore. The connection between the computer and the printer is fine, the printing starts well but the paper comes out blank!!

I’ve done the usual cleaning and still nothing, the sheet comes out blank. I should mention that the cartridges are okay.

Yet, it makes the noise that suggests it is printing!!

The last thing printed was a photocopy.

My printer is a Canon TS5050 (purchased in 2017)

I’m not sure if I'm being clear enough.

Thank you for your help.

      Hi,

So if your cartridges are full, don't look any further, your nozzles are clogged.

You are no longer under warranty, otherwise check with the store's customer service that sold it to you.

      See you!

I called the store where I bought my printer and they told me to bring it in for them to take a look, even though they don't do repairs. If they can't do anything, I'll buy another one from them.

Thank you for your responses, I'll keep you updated on what happens next.

    Hello,

While cleaning, did you receive a printed sheet with the color target?

    See you!
