LCD screen off on Canon TS5050 printer

Hello everyone,
my Canon TS5050 printer prints without any problem, but the LCD screen is black, it doesn't turn on.
I've had it for about 3 years.
I don’t know why it’s not working, I can’t find a solution in the manual.
If you have a solution or a lead, I’m all ears.

    Hello Deedee,
    It's a technical malfunction, but there's nothing you can do except take it to a repair shop. We still need to see the cost of this repair, right?

    But it works, doesn't it? Besides the LCD screen which isn't really useful since you can guide the printer from your PC.
