Canon TS5050: persistent printing problems

Hello,

I have two printing issues with my printer:

- The cartridges are full, but there are still "gaps" in the prints, always in the same spots. What I have already tried but without success: cleaning the nozzles.
- The printing has "offset lines" every 2-3 centimeters. What I have already tried but without success: aligning the heads.

Does anyone have another solution?

Thank you very much and happy new year!

    Hello,

A clear photo would clarify things better...??

Whatever the image or text, the ink-free area would always be in the same place..??

Why always in the same position..?? It's curious, there's a dirt spot there or a poor detection... there must be a ribbon or a transparent wheel/disk with fine graduations and that spot is dirty... I imagine

    How old is this printer..??

      Hello!

Here is an image to give you an idea. The holes are generally in the same places, with small variations each time. But no matter the document, there are offsets as we can see on "1201 Geneva."

      Thank you for your help!

    Hello,
Given the price of a printer these days, it makes sense to spread it out over something new....

Given what I see, I would lean more towards maintaining/training the paper feed during printing.
Perhaps consider cleaning the paper feed rollers, or see if something is stuck in the printer (a piece of paper), but it could also be the mechanism itself of the "left right" that is causing problems.

It's a "head alignment" problem; here is the adjustment method:
    https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/Manual/All/TS5000%20series/FR/UG/UG-pd_alignment.html

Let's say it's better if the head is clean for these adjustments

It may need to be reviewed several times... if there are still discrepancies, a compromise must be adopted, the least bad option...

It's also possible that the print head has defects due to wear; this cannot be fixed...
