Thompson N17CSL512 laptop only boots into BIOS.

Hello,

My mom gave me a Thompson N17CSL512 laptop bought in Toulouse, sent it to me in Cameroon, but when I turn it on, it always goes to the BIOS. Nothing has been installed or put into the machine, I don't understand.

    Some PCs are sold without an operating system, you need to check with the seller, otherwise it could be a case of incorrect detection of the hard drive or SSD.
