Temporarily Locked Snapchat Account

Hello, I just bought an iPhone 13. And when I try to log into Snapchat, I get a message saying that the phone is temporarily locked. I've tried everything (unblocking on Snapchat.fr, removing the app, turning off the phone, asking Snapchat but no response).
I even tried to create an account but an error code SS06 appears.
I have no more solutions and I need help.

    Hello.

    Since Snapchat has blocked you, only Snapchat can unblock you, so this is something to discuss with and only with Snapchat Snapchat/blocked.
