Hello, I need your opinion. So I had signed up for JM's offer at €1.94 over a month ago; however, I canceled the subscription in July. To my surprise, I had a payment attempt 3 or 4 days ago of €29.80 that was refused by my bank. I managed to reach customer service by phone, and they told me that my account and subscription had indeed been deleted. However, I needed to accept the €29.80 payment so that there would be no further attempts in the future.
What do you think? Should I do what they say and allow the payment to go through, or should I continue blocking the payments and they will eventually leave me alone?

The best thing to do is to block your bank card, they are all crooks. I am one of the victims too.

Hello, thank you for your response. There is a paragraph on their website stating that if there is an objection to the withdrawal, they can file a complaint and I could face a fine of 300,000 + a possible prison sentence. Is this real or is it just to scare people?

I still sent an email to their customer service to inform them that I want to cancel the subscription (to have proof in case of further action) and tomorrow I will block it with my bank.

Hello, excuse me for the late reply, no I didn't have any problem, they replied to me by email after I threatened them that they had indeed permanently canceled my subscription.

Hello, I have exactly the same issue. When I go to the site to unsubscribe, it tells me that I need to stop my renewal before unsubscribing from the site. How can I do that? Thank you.

Hello, in response to you, stopping the renewal seems to allow canceling the next payment because since they are scammers, if you close your account without stopping the renewal, they will continue to charge you.

Quick question regarding payment, for those who have registered, I tried to subscribe to the trial offer, the 3D secure worked but I am still not subscribed. I tried to cancel my subscription: account then subscription, it takes me back to the payment offers, I don't see a cancellation line, I deduce that there was a payment problem.
