Hello,

my PC's BIOS with an MSI motherboard freezes on the same image every time. I can't solve this problem. I would like to know if there is a solution. I have included an image above.

Thank you very much in advance!

Hello,

If a BIOS reset (CCMOS) doesn’t help, you should consider flashing the latest version available on the MSI website. If the PC/motherboard is still under warranty, send it back.
Just to confirm, is the PC functioning properly apart from this issue?

Good evening,

thank you for your response. I updated the BIOS but it still doesn't work and I can't find the clear CMOS button on my motherboard. Just so you know, I received the PC new yesterday, so I don't understand.

Hello

If you've just updated the BIOS and the PC isn't working, a CMOS clear won't help.

You aren't disclosing anything about the PC, nor are you answering the question asked.

Hello

Flashing the BIOS in an unstable environment is risky...

The BIOS usually hangs for two reasons; the main one is a RAM issue, either the sticks are improperly seated, or one is faulty. You need to test them one by one and try different slots. The other cause is a conflict with the keyboard or mouse, which is rarer than RAM issues.

Could you please provide the detailed configuration and who assembled it?
