Hello,

I'm here to ask for help. I've already looked at quite a few posts on the subject, but none have solved my problem. Indeed, my new PC, which I assembled myself, almost always boots up to the BIOS, sometimes it doesn't during a reboot, but that's it.
I don't understand, the computer runs fine otherwise.

It's not the battery since my motherboard is always on time and remembers the settings from one boot to the next.

I don’t think it’s the keyboard either because I started the computer without it being plugged in.

I wonder if it could be a power issue? Or possibly a bad setting on my screen?

My configuration:

My screen:

Keyboard/mouse: https://www.ldlc.com/fiche/PB00181515.html

Speakers: https://www.ldlc.com/fiche/PB00105713.html

Thank you in advance for your help! I'm so frustrated, I can't fully enjoy my PC, I'm afraid something isn't working right at all.

Hello,

Maybe a silly question, but check the boot priority order in the BIOS; if the operating system is on the SSD, it should be first.

Hello Rob!!
I reset all the settings to default in the BIOS and yes, it is indeed the SSD. I tried fiddling with the boot order, but if I change the first one, the computer doesn't start.
What's frustrating about this BIOS screen is that everything seems "normal"... :/

Indeed, I'm reaching my limit of knowledge here…

Did you properly connect the SSD to the M.2 port? Or is it in SATA? If it's SATA, try another port on the motherboard, but it's better for this SSD to be in the M.2 port of your motherboard.
