HDMI issue Freebox/Devialet and JVC TV 43FV130

Hello,
I bought a JVC TV 43FV130. When I connect my Freebox Delta and the Devialet, I have sound on the Devialet for the channels from the box but no image on the TV.
I tried all the USB ports but nothing works.
On the other hand, my console works perfectly, and when I switch to a classic antenna cable, it works but with the sound from the TV and not the Devialet.
I think I'm forgetting a step, but I don't know which one.
Do you have any idea on how to get the image and sound on the Devialet?
Thank you in advance.

Hello,
You must not confuse USB with HDMI..!
The image comes to the TV through the HDMI port.

You can download the manual for this TV here:
https://fc.darty.com/notices/7/0//4/7034d5c8e1ac28cba30eb2bcc86a053335761792.pdf
You should first proceed in order... Connect your HDMI cable -1 to the main socket of your TV and to the Free decoder directly... to have both image and sound on your TV... to make sure that it works in this mode before wanting to go further...
You also need to connect it to the internet, in case updates need to be made..!
A difference in settings between the TV and the Free decoder can make the display impossible...?? the current video is in 1920x1080 at 60 frames per second... But your model seems to be a HD: Definition of 1366x768 you should check..??
I don't know, but you should check these values.
That said, you seem to have bought it not long ago... The seller should be able to assist you on this subject... a part of their margin is allocated to this task.

Thank you for your feedback.
The problem with the Freebox Delta is that there is no option to connect directly to the TV with an HDMI cable.
Everything goes through the Devialet.
Thank you for your help, I'm waiting for a response from Darty's customer service.... We'll see.

Normally, Darty's service does the installation and setup at your place. It's written in their ad.

Problem solved. The HDMI cable from the Freebox needed to be changed because it was not compatible with the 4K resolution.
Just so you know, customer service didn't know where it came from, but Free did.
That's the news.
Thanks

Yes, it's good, but you should have tried the 1K before the 4K... and the orientation of the matter would have been different...
As for HDMI, there are different versions... and I suppose you haven't followed the recommendations...
The customer service is like us, without seeing the equipment... they can only assume.
Anyway..! better late than never.
