Memory Channels on JVC TV

Hello
I can find all the available channels and I press OK on the remote, but they don't stay in memory; as soon as I turn off the TV, I have to search again
on JVC TV

    Hello and welcome,
    Do a "reset" or "factory reset" but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings but you're used to it...;-).
