Actually, you made an update to Windows 11 / 10, which added new features that are incompatible with Explorer Patcher.
I think your Explorer Patcher is out of date.
I use it: I had exactly the same issue as you.
Just uninstall ExplorerPatcher and reinstall it.

Where did you download it?
It's partly my fault for not giving you a link to the latest version:

When we have the latest version, everything is fine with this software.
In the meantime, we need to find a way to roll back using advanced startup and system restore, or find a way to update Explorer Patcher to the latest version, which should happen automatically after a Windows update if there is internet connectivity. -

Because worst case, if you have one, we can help you back up your data and reinstall Windows from scratch.
If you don't have one, we would have to manage with the recovery options > System Restore, hoping there is a restore point from an earlier date.
You can restart the PC 3 times using the Power button held down to access the recovery options, advanced options, System Restore.-
A good friend who is a skilled computer technician came this morning and tried what you mentioned. He was not successful. That's why I am going to my computer vendor on Monday, who set everything up, so that the PC will be back to its perfect state like it was yesterday morning.
Thank you for your willingness to help me, but unfortunately the damage has been done. I am choosing the most cautious solution even if it will cost me some money.

I'm still giving some ideas, you could manage by yourself with that, without losing your data. (Which I doubt they do over there)
From another PC, you can download Ventoy, create a USB key of 16GB or more in GPT mode (And Secure Boot Support may be necessary) (See in Options) and then put the ISO files on it.

Download Sergei Strelec's English ISO, place it on the USB key (password = strelec)

Use the link or the tool to download the ISO to reinstall Windows

Place both ISOs on the Ventoy key
Boot from it using the PC's Boot Menu key

If you don't see it, you can search on Google "[Brand Model] Boot Menu Key"
Boot into Strelec
To copy data, it's Copy > Paste (To Copy > Paste in English)
Boot from the Windows ISO to reinstall
Choose "Custom installation" (Not upgrade)
Delete all system partitions and create a new one (Deletes the data).

Repair the computer.
If you still have the bug repeat the operations and this time choose safe mode and uninstall Explorer Patcher
