New Lenovo PC that crashes right at startup

Hello,
I just bought a Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15ALC7 (AMD Ryzen 5 8 GB RAM 512 GB SSD) laptop with Windows 11 and I can't use it because of a pesky problem: it crashes shortly after startup.
The screen freezes at a random moment: I managed to reach the user name selection but never further. It doesn't have to be when I perform an action; sometimes I wait a bit and then I see I can't do anything. It often ends with a blue screen. I couldn't perform updates or troubleshooting because it crashes too quickly.
This PC is brand new, so it's probably not wear and tear.
Does anyone have an idea?

Hi,
Either you reinstall Windows 11 23H2 (current version) from scratch, or you trigger the warranty and change the model...
