Hello, you should check the connections between your screen and your computer (try the cable on something else).
If the cable works, try to see if the issue affects the screen by doing the same thing (connecting something else to the screen).
Also, check if you are on the HDMI signal (don't get tricked, some TVs have two HDMI ports).
If after all these actions the computer still doesn't show up, it’s the computer's fault.
It could be a graphics card failure or a processor issue, so give us more information about your desktop computer (like, for example, your PC's configuration). And let us know if the fan is running.
