I want to copy the photos that are in my phone's gallery to my external hard drive but I can't manage to do it, why?

    Hello,

    Because there is nothing in your phone's gallery, it's just a link.

    You need to connect the phone to the PC via USB in file transfer mode, then browse the phone to where the photos are physically located, usually DCIM/Camera.

      Problem solved, it was a misconfiguration on the phone (USB transfer option)...
