Nitro 5 Computer Issues - Latency

Hello, I bought an Acer Nitro 5 two months ago, a gaming laptop equipped with 16GB of RAM and an RTX 3070 graphics card.

The games were running fine for the first two months, but for the past few days, I've encountered major problems. The games have bugs with lags every two seconds. I've tried to fix the issue by updating the drivers, but that hasn't changed anything. I also performed a complete reset of the computer, which temporarily resolved the gaming issues. Unfortunately, after a few days, the bugs reappeared and it's impossible to play again.

What possible solution do I have since I've tried everything and nothing fixes the problem?

Thank you

For a computer that costs 1499 euros, I am very disappointed :(

Hello,

same but for my Adobe and Blender software. I paid 2000 euros for it two months ago and I'm so disappointed with this computer. I had already asked to change the first one I received because it was catastrophic even though it was new and everything was updated.
It drives me crazy.

Hello,

Start PowerShell as a administrator and execute this command:

 Get-WmiObject win32_bios | select Serialnumber

or

 wmic bios get serialnumber

With the tracking number here, download all the drivers and then install:

https://www.acer.com/fr-fr/support/drivers-and-manuals

Then share the file maj.txt with https://pjjoint.malekal.com/ which will be on the desktop:

wmic qfe list full >> $env:USERPROFILE\Desktop\maj.txt

Also share the reports from:

Latencymon

For example with:

Before giving info to sites...

If it's really impossible to play, you back up all your data and since it's almost new, you send it to customer service.

Before that, you also film the latency and the issues.

At first glance, there are several possible problems: a weakness in the GPU/CM, RAM, or CPU.
