Hello,

For some time now, my desktop PC reboots have been extremely long, especially when it's updating. I talked to a friend, and he advised me to check the status of my hard drives with CrystalDiskInfo. I installed it normally, but it only detects my external 4TB HDD (Drive D). My 500GB SSD (Drive C) and my internal 1TB HDD (Drive E) are not detected. My first reflex, of course, was to search the internet for my problem, but to this day, I haven't found anything.

If anyone has a solution for the software to detect my 2 internal hard drives so I can check their status, I’m all ears. Or are they both damaged? My desktop PC is running Windows 11, and my laptop running Windows 10 detects both of the hard drives I have on it with CrystalDiskInfo.
