Scheduling an email with Outlook while the PC is off possible?

Hello,

I am using Outlook 2019 and would like to know if it is possible to delay the delivery of an email if my messaging is turned off, as currently, this is only possible if the messaging is open and therefore the PC is on.

No, it's not possible, but scheduling date and time is achievable with Outlook.com (Web).

Windows 10 Pro, Windows 11 Pro, Brave.
