Hello, I would like to recover my father's old PSN account on PS3, but I don't know the password, and I don't have access to the email! I only know the date of birth and the username! Should I contact PlayStation or could someone here help me? Thanks in advance!

    Hello,

    No one can substitute for Sony to reactivate secured accounts. Moreover, you can only use a family account if you live in the same household (see the conditions on Sony's website).
