Redmi buds 3 lite new problem with the left earbud

Hello,

I purchased Bluetooth headphones on Saturday, May 27, so yesterday. I followed the instructions carefully, but apparently one of the earbuds works while the other one does not.

I think the left earbud is not charging because when you place it on the contacts, the white light comes on. But even after an hour, when you take it out, the light goes off.

When we try to reset by holding the earbud in the case for 5 seconds, the right one blinks 3 times but the other one stays lit without responding.

Is there another operation to perform since nothing is mentioned in the instructions, or is there a hardware issue, meaning I should contact customer service directly? In any case, I am quite disappointed with this purchase that doesn’t work new.

I had the same problem when it was new, I solved the issue by unblocking the charge nipple (which is located in the casing) with a toothpick.
