Left earbud issue JBL Live Pro + TWS

Hello,

I have an issue with my wireless earbuds, the left earbud, the JBL Live Pro + TWS:
My earbud is detected by the JBL Headphones app, the touch controls still work, but the noise cancellation and ambient sound features are not functioning, and the sound comes through but is very weak. What should I do?
Configuration: Android / Chrome 95.0.4638.50

    Hello,

    To get a good answer, you need to reach out to JBL.

    I believe you can reset your system by performing a reset.

    Usually, this is done by placing both earbuds in their case and pressing the sensitivity touch buttons simultaneously for 30 seconds... You can try that.

    Hello, do you have the solution to this problem because my JBL TWS Live Pro+ earbuds are experiencing the same issues. I've tried resetting them and unpairing them, but nothing works.
