JBL 225TWS earbud left turns off

Hello,

Every time I try to use my JBL 225TWS earbuds, the right earbud connects to my phone and plays music without issue, while the left connects to the right earbud but then shuts off after a few seconds. However, when I charge it, the light on the earbud and the case turns on. As a result, I can't listen to anything with it.

Does anyone know what this might be due to? I should mention that I've cleaned the earbud and the case several times, so it's not caused by any dirt or grease residue.

The battery of your left earbud is probably dead.
