Redmi Buds 3 Lite unable to connect to Bluetooth

Hello,

I just bought Redmi Buds 3 Lite, and I can't connect them to my phone (Android, Realme UI 4).

I browsed the forum, and some issues, particularly with synchronization between the two earbuds, have been raised, but I can't find a case similar to my problem.

My case is charged, and my earbuds are too. When I open the case, the earbuds turn on. The lights emit a white light.

But as soon as I take them out of the case, the lights turn off instead of blinking as they should. At this point, I can't find the Bluetooth.

I tried to reset them as recommended in the manual, but nothing works. The lights are indeed on when I put the earbuds back in the case and then press them for 10 seconds, but at no point do they start blinking like they should.

I'm at an impasse.

Does anyone know the solution?

Thank you

Hello,

I recommend that you return them to where you bought them for an exchange (the 2-year warranty allows you to do that).

Either you don't know how to use them, which can happen (we're human after all), or the headphones are faulty.

Hello, try this: pair the Bluetooth earbuds from your phone, take the earbuds out of the case, then on your phone normally it’s in Settings / Bluetooth (turn it on if it’s not already), see if your device is already detected, otherwise search for it if you haven't already done so.
