I need someone who is knowledgeable about setting up routers, specifically the SFR Fiber Box 8, to help redirect ports in order to improve my connection for online gaming on the PS5. Thank you in advance to those who take the time to respond.

Hello,
validating UPNP should be enough, but if your box interface indicates that you are in CGnat, you won't be able to do anything at this level, except contact SFR for a rollback and switch back to a non-shared IP address.
And there you go, voilà ....
But misery, the line spacing is so annoying!!
I have already requested a rollback to IPv4, which seems to be effective according to SFR's customer service, but when I want to create port forwarding rules in the box interface, I am unable to add more than 4 rules. I would also like to know if I am creating these rules correctly. I am a novice in this area. I'm getting information from forums and elsewhere. Thank you for your help.
