I would indeed like to be able to see photos or listen to music from the tablet on the TV.
Currently, I can do this from a computer, but I'm struggling with the tablet.
I don't understand your question about the SFR decoder...
I have an SFR box connected to the phone line, my computer connected to the box via Ethernet.
The TV is in another room and is connected, I think, to my small network, either via wifi or dlna (I'm not sure) but it works...
For the tablet, I don't know what to do to include it in the network.
The tablet is an EssentielB from Boulanger.

In that case, I can recommend a device like this one; there are more expensive ones as well as cheaper ones. This one works with Miracast technology, but it requires an Android version higher than 4.2, so it's up to you to make your choice among many others, if you're interested...
