Hello,
Are there people like me who see their SFR box reset every time an update is made? It’s becoming frustrating and disrespectful to the customer.
Have you found a solution to avoid this "abuse on the part of SFR"?
Do other ISPs do the same?

Hello,
As for me, I haven't noticed anything like that on the two types of BOX, the NB4 and the NB6... I have many settings in there and they always stay in place...
You're talking about the BOX and not the TV decoder, right?
-- You can save the configuration of your BOX in a file and if you lose everything, restore it... it's a temporary solution...
