Hello,
my Unowhy Y13 laptop, which I received almost a month ago, is no longer charging. This is the second time it's happened, but the first time it started charging again after 10 minutes. This time, nothing makes it charge. I have tried different chargers and outlets (the problem is not with the charger, as it works when plugged into my phone). I contacted customer service, but they closed just as I was about to receive my tracking ticket. I'm asking for your help so that I don't have to send it to customer service and potentially lose all my data.

Have you checked the charger but have you checked the battery as well? ... Is it a purchased PC?
I didn't buy it, it was provided by the Île-de-France region. I don't know if the battery works, but last night it was working perfectly. However, yesterday evening when I tried to charge it, nothing happened, so I decided to wait until this morning, and this morning the battery was dead. I'm not going to take it apart to check since it doesn't belong to me.
