Hello,
I would like to recover my Hay Day account, but no matter how hard I try, I am always asked the same thing: "farm name, neighborhood name, and my level." However, I haven't played for a few years and I can't remember these details. Generally, I log in with Facebook and it works very well, but now there is no longer a Facebook button next to the Google Play one.
How can I recover my account when I no longer have the information they are asking for?
Why can't I just log in using my Facebook?
