My left JBL Wave 200 TWS isn't working anymore!

Hello ???? I've had my JBL Wave 200TWS earbuds for a year now, and after 5 months, the left earbud stopped working. I've tried all the tutorials to restart it, but nothing works. Please help me! Thanks in advance.

    Good evening,

    One of the major issues with these TWS in general is the durability of the internal battery... It's small, the capacity remains quite low... It can stay discharged for too long, etc...

    Depending on the models and our taste for adventure, we can attempt to open it and replace this battery...!!!

    One thing that can be done with little risk is a reset... Generally, it's the two of them in their case, the charging cable in place and powered... and we press simultaneously on the buttons of both earbuds for 30 seconds... and then we release everything... we can repeat this for 15 seconds, it's always without risk

    We need to check for any signs of life on the little indicators...

    Sorry, it must be the internal battery that is no longer charging.
