Hello,

I can't launch the PowerDirector 365 application; it shows me the following message: "It is impossible to create simultaneous user sessions." If anyone has a solution, I’m all ears. It has been bugging for 3 days...

    Hello, in case of a persistent bug, do not uninstall anything as it is a delicate operation. Before you disrupt your computer, consider performing a "system restore to an earlier date" (before the bug). This is a Windows term, and its purpose is to revert your system to the state it was in before the bug. It is risk-free, reversible, and often beneficial.

    Go to "Settings" and in the search box type "restore."

    In the dropdown, click on "Create a restore point."

    Click on "System Properties" and then "System Restore."

    In the box, click "Next."

    Choose a date prior to the day of the bug.

    Next... allow time for the calculation...

    PS: When you want to install software or an application, it is wise to first create a restore point with a name, as it will be useful if you need to revert back to the state before the installation. Note that Windows also creates automatic dates that you can use if needed.
