Hello, after months of struggle, I have managed to edit and produce my personal videos with the PowerDirector software. However, it's still in progress, and not only does this software lag compared to others, but it also keeps crashing... it's very frustrating, do you have any idea why? Thank you!

Hello, it is known that "when you want to get rid of your dog, you accuse it of rabies." Your software is the main culprit, and what about your computer? So give us your computer's specs.

Hi, if I haven't mentioned the configuration, it's because I don't think it's necessary, given that it doesn't lag as much with other software. Otherwise, I have 16 GB of RAM, a GTX 750, an AMD 4100, the software is installed on an SSD, and the videos are produced on a 3 TB hard drive (Barracuda, I think). It's not heavy editing either, just produced in MPEG DVD PAL. I don't care if it lags when I'm producing the video as long as it doesn't crash ^^ but it lags and crashes when I'm editing, and it's annoying! Why is my software the main culprit?

Hello, it is necessary for me to understand the problem to know all the elements
the source of the video, the finalization format, and the configuration; it’s easier to help those to whom you pose the question
indeed, your configuration is within the guidelines.
So before upsetting your computer over the slightest incident, like uninstalling a software "properly," it’s a delicate operation. In case of a persistent bug, consider doing a "system restore to an earlier date" before the bug; it’s the term used in Windows that you type in the search window at the bottom left of the home page "search programs and files" and follow the instructions
Or go to "control panel," system and security, maintenance center, "restore the system to an earlier date" "open system restore" yes, next
It’s completely risk-free and often beneficial

Hello, I have a problem with PowerDirector which has been updated. When it comes to audio, when I import an audio track, cut it, and offset it to create a gap between the two parts, when I listen from the middle it's completely out of sync, and when I listen to the second part, it's not the continuation of what I've cut to create the gap. It's incredible, so it's impossible to work. Can you help me?

Hello, testing another title, it might just be a mistake.

Alright, I think I'm going to format my computer and reinstall Windows Seven. It won't take too much time, and that way, I'll only install PowerDirector to produce my videos before installing anything else... unless there are other software required for it to work. I'll see.
