Hello,

I recently broke my phone and I would like to transfer my files located in the secure folder of my Samsung S20 FE to my computer. The phone still works but I can no longer use the fingerprint and the screen is completely black. I'm using ADB features and the "Connected Mobile" Windows 10 app to mirror what my phone displays.

The problem with the secure folder is that it cannot be accessed without the fingerprint... Is it possible to unlock the secure folder using only the pattern, or is there another way to backup the data?

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hello,

Is your smartphone still under warranty?... The simplest thing would be to change the screen. In my opinion, you don't have much choice.

    Hello,

I agree with Panth33ra's advice, whom I greet, especially since the CCM charter as well as French law prohibits any assistance in circumventing system protections.

Surely the mobile belongs to you, but sharing on a forum, if one exists, methods for password violation would go against the choice you yourself have made for the security of your data.
