Can you access the "Recovery" menu by holding down the power button + Volume Up for a few seconds?

If yes, first try the "Wipe Cache" option (navigate with the volume buttons and confirm with the power button) and then try to restart using the "reboot now" option.

try also to leave it charging for a few hours, and retry the manipulations while keeping it plugged in. Sometimes a low power can trigger everything.

The phone does not respond with volume H + Power/Lock

I tried to reset it with volume B + power/lock and the phone turned off. Now the screen stays black, it won't turn back on

As I mentioned in my last message yesterday, my screen was stuck on the Samsung home screen and nothing happened when I pressed VolH+M/A, so I tried to reset it with VolB+M/A. At that point, the phone turned off and won't turn back on at all. I charged the battery for several hours but nothing. The phone doesn't start anymore, neither with the M/A button nor with the VolB+M/A reset combination.
So I'm feeling a bit helpless, having professional data on my phone... Is there a solution to restart it other than the VolB+M/A buttons?
