Touchscreen issue after screen replacement

Hello,
Hello, I have a Samsung A53 5G (sm-A536B). The touch screen and LCD are broken. I ordered an LCD screen (sm-A536) without a chassis from a first supplier. I installed it, everything works except the touch screen. I did a forced restart but it didn't change anything. I thought it was because I had already ordered the model sm-A536 while mine is the sm-A536B, maybe a reference issue, so I ordered from another supplier the correct model sm-A536B, which was sold with a chassis, but every time the touch screen doesn't work at all, even with a forced restart.
Can you guide me towards a solution?
I'm stuck trying to find the problem.
Thank you in advance for your help.

It is possible that the problem does not come from the screen itself but from the connection between the screen and your phone's motherboard. I suggest checking if the connectivity is correct and cleaning the connectors if necessary. If this does not resolve the issue, it is possible that the touch screen of your phone is defective; in that case, it is recommended to contact a professional repair technician to diagnose and fix the problem.
thank you for your reply because I have been a self-employed entrepreneur since 2012 and I have never had issues with my phones being repaired, but my first A53 5G after 2 screen replacements had the same failure and the connectors seem clean and undamaged. I thought maybe there's a specific procedure to follow for this model before ordering a motherboard connection ribbon.
If anyone has another lead or idea?
