Screen on touch screen not working

after changing the battery the screen lights up but the touch screen does not work, I tried pressing the volume down and power buttons but nothing helps.

    Hello,

    I think what you describe is more likely due to a poorly performed repair; it would be best to entrust it to an authorized repair technician!
    It’s also possible that another component is defective!
